What's inside
Not a medical lecture. A clear picture of where your parent stands today: low, raised, or high risk, and what is driving it.
Each one looks like nothing on its own. Together, they are the pattern that comes before a fall:
1. Furniture-walking. A hand on the counter, the chair back, the wall, crossing a room they have crossed for thirty years.
2. The near-fall they laughed off. The stumble they caught, the slide down the doorframe, mentioned in passing after the fact.
3. Getting up has become a project. The chair, the toilet, the edge of the bed: rocking forward, pushing with both hands, a pause to steady.
4. The quiet retreat. Stopped walks, skipped clubs, no more time with the grandchildren. "I'm just being careful."
These are the things you notice, then talk yourself out of. The check puts them on one page.
One fall leads to fear of falling. Fear leads to moving less. Moving less leads to weakness, and weakness leads to the second fall, the one that ends in the hospital. Your plan shows you where your parent is on that path, and how to step off it.
Not chair aerobics and "be careful, dear." Real, progressive strength and balance training, adapted to an older body. It is the single most effective way to keep an older person on their own two feet.
Personalized to your answers: what to fix at home, what to watch for, and whether a professional mobility assessment is worth it for your situation. Delivered to your inbox.
Complete the check and a real person from our team will be in touch within one working day. Not a call center. A therapist's practice, answering like one.
Why this matters
The question is not "is my parent getting old?" It is "is their balance where it needs to be to keep them safe?" Now you can find out.

The room-by-room walkthrough we give families
Rugs, lighting, stairs, bathrooms, footwear, and the sneaky ones like the dog's water bowl and the hallway you cannot see at night. Most families find at least three fixable hazards in the first ten minutes.
"How do I talk to my parent about this without insulting them?"
You do not have to open with "I think you might fall." You can open with "I did a short check, and this is what it said." That is the difference between a fight and a plan. The exact words to use, and the ones to avoid, when you raise falls with a parent who does not want to be treated as fragile. Written from years of having this conversation for a living.
How it works
Eight questions about your parent: their age, whether they live alone, how they move around the house, any falls or near-misses, and the things you have noticed but have not known what to do with. Nothing clinical. Nothing scary. Just the questions that matter.
You see your parent's risk level out of 100 immediately. Then a one-page action plan arrives by email, tailored to your answers: what to fix at home, what to watch for, and whether a professional mobility assessment is worth it for your situation.
If your score comes back raised or high, you can book a free 15-minute call with me or one of my team. We will tell you honestly whether therapy would help, what it would involve, and what your options are. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere useful.
What this gives you
Does this apply to you?
You want your parent to keep living at home, but you are not sure how much they are really at risk of falls
Your mom or dad is 70 or over and still lives at home, alone or as a couple
There has already been one fall, or a few near-misses you keep hearing about after the fact
No fall yet, but you have started to notice how they get out of a chair, or how long the stairs now take them
She is proud of living alone, and you do not want to insult her by treating her as fragile
You live too far away to pop in and see for yourself how they are really doing
You have asked their doctor about it and got ten rushed minutes and a leaflet
The whole family is quietly asking the question nobody wants to say out loud: is it time they moved?
If you nodded at even two of those, take the check. Two minutes now beats two years of "I really should do something about Mom."
Complete the check and a real person from our team will be in touch within one working day. If we are not the right people to help your family, we will tell you that straight and point you to someone who is.

Questions
No. It is a risk screening based on standard fall-risk questions used across elder care. It gives you a clear indication of risk and what to do next. It does not replace your parent's doctor, it is not a CDC tool, and it is not endorsed by the CDC.
A pamphlet does not know if they have fallen twice, if they furniture-walk, or if nobody else is in the house until evening. Your result is built from your answers, then emailed to you as one page you can actually use.
Then you are exactly who Bonus 2 was written for. The plan is built to be done with them, not to them, and the framing is strength and independence, not frailty.
Yes. We accept Medicare and most insurance. Physical and occupational therapy for falls prevention and balance is covered when it is medically necessary, subject to deductibles and coinsurance. We verify your parent's coverage in full before anything begins, so there are no surprises and no guessing.
Yes. Many of the families we work with are exactly in that position. The plan tells you what can be done at a distance and what needs eyes on the ground. Visits happen wherever works: in your parent's home across Fort Lauderdale, Wilton Manors, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Pompano Beach and Miami, or in person at our clinic.
They are used to build your personalized plan, and one of our team may call to offer help. That is it. No sharing, no spam, no passing details around.
Then you will know you can dial the worry down, and you will still have the home checklist and conversation script to keep it that way. Either way, you finish with more clarity than you started with.

Two minutes. Eight questions. One clear answer about how much you actually need to worry, and what to do about it if you do.
You have seen the walk change, or you have had the phone call, or you are the one in the family who is paying attention. The check will not move them out of their home. It will not promise they will never fall. It will give you one page you can use. Then you decide.
